At a glance, the [GDPR
worklist](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/GDPR/Affected_Services#Methods_for_user_data)
lists this API method overall as needing to be gated by ToU acceptance. I’ll
follow up with the LWG about the social links feature as it relates to the
privacy policy (now with the API field, but even without).
