### How to reproduce the issue?
**What happened (Actual):**
Opening the page shows an exception stack trace instead of statistics. Top
lines include:
- PG::QueryCanceled: ERROR: canceling statement due to user request
**What I expected:**
- The “OpenStreetMap stats” page to load successfully with current counts.
**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Go to [https://planet.openstreetmap.org/statistics/data_stats.html]
2. Observe the error output in the page body.
