Is this in some way different to the previous tickets which I'm sure already
discuss this, or the plan we already drafted for fixing the notes schema which
has already been partially executed on?
See also the many previous tickets discussing deleted users and how we should
handle them and me begging over and over again for somebody to create a policy
on what to do so that we can start executing on it and bringing some sanity to
the situation.
In short this is not news and we already have more than enough tickets about it.
