### How to reproduce the issue?
When testing #6264 post-fix on mobile, dragging and zooming map a lot resulted
in gateway timeout error (which I usually do not hit on desktop, so I am not
able to test directly how it looks on desktop, but I am sure it is fine?)
The error message does not display properly.
- OSM logo becomes very large
- OpenStreetMap header is moved to right underneath burger menu
- Grey error code box is underneath cloudflare text.
In fact, this is a cloudflare error page embedded within the history section,
instead of solely being short message or covering whole page.
### Screenshot(s) or anything else?
I could optionally send screenshot if needed, but it is not small visual issue,
it is rather question what content should be loaded into this section / the
page, or maybe timeout is too aggressive for mobile but I don't mind it right
now.
(only happened once so far)
