Thank you for your answer. By reading again the wiki page, I see that this only
applies to a tiny population of OSM users: "This only affects a tiny minority
of people who joined OSM before 2007 and have not edited OSM since 2009"
How many users could be at this moment? or how many features are affected by
this?
