Russian `{{PLURAL|one=около месяца назад|few=около %{count} месяцев
назад|many=около %{count} месяцев назад|}}`
Polish `około {{PLURAL|one=miesiąc|few=%{count} miesiące|many=%{count}
miesięcy|other=%{count} miesiąca}} temu`
Czech `{{PLURAL|one=asi před měsícem|few=asi před %{count} měsíci|many=asi před
%{count} měsíce|asi před %{count} měsíci}}`
I'm speculating here that this is more likely when the language doesn't have
indefinite articles because it will take you three extra syllables to pronounce
"около одного месяца назад" instead of "около месяца назад". You can use a
number but more likely you wouldn't.
