[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] hyperlink the words "OpenStreetMap Blog". (Issue #5875)

We see

We attempt to click on the words "Openstreetmap Blog", but they are not 
hyperlinked.

Oh, we need to click on the globe image!

Recommendation: also  hyperlink the words "OpenStreetMap Blog". In fact just 
hyperlink both the globe and the words using the same hyperlink.
