If you want to modify css, it makes sense to add a class on the entire comment
and define properties in `common.scss`, similar to
https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/6af214b2285d3292f214320b7221f7c9a1d76914/app/assets/stylesheets/common.scss#L874
