*Omit changeset "<comment count>💬"* is not your problem, that's a wrong issue
name. Your problem is:
> I find it hard to spot changesets with comments vs those without.
Which is possible because now there's another number next to the comment count
while previously there wasn't one.
The first step is to wait for #5756 to be deployed, then look again.
If that doesn't help, we can try changing the icon to actually this one with
dots 💬 or to a filled one ased on the number of comments.
