Elsewhere I've seen that `:options` has been added to the list of methods in
cors.rb (e.g.
https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/blob/main/config/initializers/cors.rb#L23),
while it's not included in our version:
https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/master/config/initializers/cors.rb#L28
Maybe that's the reason why Rack::Cors doesn't handle the OPTIONS request?
