[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] "Search" -> "Search OpenStreetMap" to save space (Issue #5547)

Here we see Google Maps has saved plenty of space by putting their name in the 
searchbar:

Indeed "Search OpenStreetMap" makes more sense than just "Search", and would 
allow the searchbar to stop taking a notch out of the main map area.
