Therefore the mail one gets,
> Subject: [OpenStreetMap] GPX Import success
>
shouldn't say "Import", it should just say "Upload".
I messed up https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/5257 so
I'll just open an issue instead.
