Hello, I have a weird situation here where our network team suspects Radiator as the cause, I am getting duplicate packets(Start,Stop) on Radiator, here is a sample:

I know Radiator is working fine and it has been for more than two years but I need an advice, could radiator at any case be the cause of such a duplicating? Please advice.
