that option came in Radmin version 1.12.

Radmin requires upgrade to be done in increments as described in 
migration instructions

A value of the option in SQL can be found with a query:

SELECT NAME,SVALUE FROM RADMINCONFIG WHERE NAME = ´AuthenticateAdmin´;
