If you could run the server with Trace 4 the log should show why it
stopped. That will probably write a large logfile, but searching for
"NOTICE: Server started: Radiator 4.7" should quickly locate the lines
near the event where the stop happend. This is what Radiator logs when
it has started.

I can then take a look at the log if needed.
