all you really need to do is copy the cgi scripts from the source 
directory to the cgi-bin folder of your web server. Then edit the 
scripts so that the scripts know where your database is and how to 
access it. In the scripts the configurable variables are pretty well 
defined (self explanatory). Then access the files by typing, 
server.domain.com/radacct.cgi or server.domain.com/radwho.cgi, in your 
web browser.
