(RADIATOR) Separate Log Levels for different Handlers

        Does anyone know if you can set a different logging level for each
handler?

        I would like to audit a few authentication requests to the RADIUS
Radiator server for specific handlers.   It would be ideal to have them set
to Trace 4 while setting other common used ones to a lower lever.
