(RADIATOR) IPASS prefix

We have to integrate our wi-fi network with IPASS.   So we have to forward all auth request by ipass' customers to their net server. I know that we have to use AuthBy RADIUS but I am not sur how to handle the prefix and then chouse the right clause.   Our customers have the username without any realm. So we authenticate them by realm defoult.    Thanks
