Hi Julia,   This is from a mail I sent to the list based on my own "experience"   ============================================================ The following info is just in case anyone else has trouble with installing DBI/DBD-Oracle on Redhat Linux 7.2 . Note that you must use the "static linking" option to install DBD-Oracle or else, you won't be able to get radiator to authenticate via the module against an Oracle DB. To work with MS-SQL 7, you will need some patches from Microsoft to permit MS-SQL 7 to work with Sybase client libraries. The "here" link does not work; nonetheless, I found the driver and installed it on /usr/local/sybase.  Moving forward, what exactly does "use DBD-Sybase" mean?
