(RADIATOR) IVR and prepaid calling cards

Hi,   We are in the process of implementing a prepaid calling card service. We are using CISCO routers to handle the calls. The problem is that I don't know how to make the routers answer the calls and do IVR (Interactive Voice Response).   Regards,   Esteban
