Have you installed the TimeDate package from CPAN?
See section 6.26.12 in the Radiator 2.16.3 reference manual.
If you still have a problem, I will need to see a copy of your
configuration file (no secrets), together with a trace 4 debug and
the error message from Perl when it dies.
