I don't know which vendor is vendor 74, what device are you receiving this
packet from? You will need to check with that vendor what his vendor-specific
radius definitions are and add them to your dictionary.
Please send us any attributes you get the definitions for so we can add them to
the standard dictionary in the distribution.
