What version of Radiator are you running? There was a problem with
changing Realm definitions and then using a HUP, and if there is still a
problem we would like to know about it. The easy way around the problem is just
to kill the process completely and have it restart from scratch. I don't think
there is anything wrong with your use of restartWrapper.

BTW - the latest version of Radiator is 2.16.3.
