Agree with Hugh.
FYI if you using Cisco as5800, it have a problem whereby it send a
duplicate accounting packet.
I already open a ticket with Cisco Tech Support (Case A626356).
WE are using IOS Version 11.3(10)AA1.
The last recommendation by Cisco Tech support is to upgrade to 12.0(7)T.
Make sure that you have 64MB DMM card or 32MB on HMM card, also 128MB DRAM
on router-shelf and 32MB on dial-shelf.
Have not try that yet but will feedback once i find the time to do it.
