This looks like NAS retransmissions. Have a look at a trace 4 debug to see what
is happening - ie. is Radiator correctly sending accounting replies? If not,
why not? And if so, why are the replies not getting back to the NAS?
You can send me the trace 4 and a copy of your configuration file (no secrets)
if you wish and I'll take a look.
