If you use the standard prefixes on the password strings, you can mix any
plaintext and/or encrypted passwords in the same table.

Have a look at section 13.1.1 in the Radiator 2.16.3 reference manual.

You would use the DefaultReply parameter:

        <AuthBy .....>
                ......
                DefaultReply Service-Type = Framed-User, \
                        Framed-Protocol = PPP, \
                        .......
        </AuthBy>

Have a look at section 6.16.9 in the manual (as well as 6.19.7 and 6.19.8).
