Could you advice a place to check to find why Alive packets are not sent by
Cisco sometimes ?

Yes you should be able to do this. Keep in mind however, that ISDN lines
might
cause problems if both channels are being used. If ISDN is an issue you
should
use the NAS-Port-Type to determine the correct behaviour.
