Hello Mark -
If you are using AuthBy DYNADDRESS and AddressAllocator SQL, together
with AuthBy RADIUS, there is a bug that can cause this behaviour.
Download and install the following:
http://www.open.com.au/radiator/downloads/patches-2.16.1/Select.pm
