Looks like either the database itself (more likely I would have thought) or the
OpenLink software has some limit on the number of concurrent SQL sessions. I
seem to recall that the MSSQL Enterprise Manager has something in it to do with
licences and concurrent connections?
I've also copied Mike on this to see if he knows more?
