Note that this only works when the pre-paid account is dedicated to connect time, as 
it will use all credit remaining at log on time. so if any other service need to 
charge the pre-paid account, it will fail one way or the other.
You might like to consider forcing the user to the online account update page instead 
of shuting down on him :-)
