Hello Iqbal,

You will have to debug ppp negotiation, aaa authentication and aaa 
authorization to find out exactly what is going on. Hopefully this will 
tell you what went wrong.
One thing I would try is to change the peer default ip statement on the 
group-async to:

peer default ip address pool net4

without the emailo group at the end of it. This may be causing the problem 
as the NAS knows that both ip pools are configured by default and just 
selects the first one listed, even though you are explicitly defining one 
via RADIUS. We pass the ip:addr-pool attribute out on every access-accept 
for the NAS to process and to date have not had a failure. We have been 
doing this on 11.3T as well as 12.0 and 12.0T
