(RADIATOR) Upgrade to 2.13 bug?

I just went from a patched 2.12 to 2.13.  I'm using the same config file, 
however, these items in the config file don't seem to work any more:

PasswordLogFileName %L/logins/%m%d%Y-password.log
AcctLogFileName %L/logs/%m%d%Y.log

Anything I should know?
