The racket IRC channel is accessible on matrix as #freenode_#racket:matrix.org Using the element web client I can access the room at this URL: https://app.element.io/#/room/#freenode_#racket:matrix.org AFAICT this creates an syncronized matrix room for the channel behind the scenes; also it has message history, so acts similarly to an IRC bouncer in this regard.
