There was a `pkg-name` info.rkt item added in 20672cd <https://github.com/racket/racket/commit/20672cd60a3a4625a248400dc6a16f047c9bda64>, but it only seems to be used by `make-dirs-catalog` <https://docs.racket-lang.org/pkg/dirs-catalog.html#(def._((lib._pkg%2Fdirs-catalog..rkt)._create-dirs-catalog))>. Maybe it should also be used by "raco pkg install" unless "--name" is given explicitly?
