I don't know if there's a way to suppress "scribble-common.js" except at the level of the rendering object --- that is, not something that can be done within the document, currently. Also, the initialization arguments that would replace "scribble-common.js" are probably not documented. There's a lot of room for improvement there.
But you can add more JS after the built-in pieces: A `js-style-addition` as a style property specifies JS to load after other things.
