I was going to say... is ESC-B some kind of shortcut from one of those "text editors" I hear people talk about? ;) (I should have remembered that DrR has bindings for many Emacs shortcuts...)
Also, thanks for the reminder about the prefs/bindings; this is essentially the first time I've spent significant time poking at Scribble, and the shortcuts that are useful are different, so they're in my unlearned-space.
