I'm happy to announce Racketfest, a conference dedicated to Racket, to be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019, in Berlin, Germany.
Racketfest is a chance to spend a day nerding out about Racket and to learn more about it. We've got a great lineup of talks: * Shriram Krishnamurthi (opening keynote) * Tony Garnock-Jones (closing keynote) * Michael Sperber * Ryan Culpepper * Panicz Godek In the afternoon, there will be three parallel tutorials where you can dig in and learn more about different aspects of Racket: * Parallel computing with places (Jörgen Brandt) * Introduction to contracts (Paulo Matos) * Making languages (Jesse Alama) More details, including registration and sponsorship information, at https://racketfest.com . Racketfest takes place the day after BOB (https://bobkonf.de/2019/en/), a neat one-day conference taking place the previous day (Friday, March 22) in Berlin. Consider combining the two to get a booster shot of programming wisdom & entertainment. See you in Berlin!
