Hi! Is there a correct/"best practice" cross-platform way to determine whether a given pathname obtained from on-drop-file of an editor-canvas% leads to a valid image file that can be displayed by an image-snip% in a text%? Is there an official function that checks an image file? (It may load the image but should avoid crashing the application when the image file is corrupt or very huge.)
