Here are some testing options: 1) Implement a proxy server in Racket 2) Fake a proxy server that just repeats what you know to be a good session (by dumping an interaction with a real server)
3) Require squid or something to be present when testing 4) Find a public proxy server that can be used to test -- I recommend 2.
