Thank you. Follow-up question: When I run test.rkt: #lang racket/load (begin-for-syntax (displayln (syntax-local-context))) from the command line, it prints "top-level" just as you say. Then I changed the first line to "#lang racket" and ran it, expecting to see "module", but instead I get "top-level" again.
