Unfortunately, rackunit doesn't mix that well with typed/racket (see problem reports 15153, 15143). I guess this is because of the typed/untyped boundary.
The good news is that it is fairly easy to work around the issues, for example, you can do a check in the argument to check-true or check-false so the computation stays in typed/racket. I don't think I have an actual question for the list. I'm just mentioning it here because I don't remember reading anywhere that testing can be an issue in typed/racket.
