It includes a full C-parser, and, from what I can tell something for supporting ABI's: http://planet.racket-lang.org/package-source/dherman/c.plt/4/0/planet-docs/c/header.html#(part._abi) My question is if it is possible, using only this package, to automatically generate FFI bindings for a C-library using nothing more than the library's header.
