I’m guessing this is a silly question, but: is this error occurring when you
run the file, or is it a message from the as-you-type-compiler? I’ve often seen
messages like this that go away when I actually run the program (thus
downloading the PLaneT package)—presumably, this is a safety feature that
prevents the installation of the Package being triggered just by opening a file.

I’m guessing you already knew this; disregard unless it’s helpful.
