If anyone from the future interested:
Navigate to
https://github.com/dyoo/whalesong
and download the master branch (choose 'download ZIP' if unfamiliar)
Extract zipped archive and move the entire whalesong directory into the
Racket/collects directory
at command line, run >racket make-launcher.rkt
alternately open file whalesong/make-launcher.rkt in DrRacket and Run
(F5)
You will see whalesong.exe and
You should see whalesong.exe and whalesong-gui.exe
At command line, run >whalesong
It will take a few minutes to compile
