I think I understand what happened here: you have used an earlier version of DrRacket where the teachpacks had slightly different names than they do now and the old preferences confused DrRacket to the point that you have to remove the old teachpack before it will run programs.
I have changed DrRacket so that it still prints the same error message, but now also runs your program. Hopefully this will be less confusing for others that follow in your footsteps.
