Dear Robby and matthew, Its a Dell laptop from the USA with a standard american keyboard. I'm running Windows Vista.
Both: (keybinding "?c:m:r" (λ (editor evt) (send editor insert "ṝ"))) and (keybinding "c:m:r" (λ (editor evt) (send editor insert "ṝ"))) don't output anything when I press ctrl,alt, r together.
