I do not know whether anyone is yet doing image/video processing in Racket.
If no one else speaks up, I would suggest Googling for free code
libraries and toolkits that do the processing that interests you right
now. Then you can figure out how to use them. Perhaps you can use the
code libraries from Racket, or perhaps you decide to use them some other
way.
