And for the sake of completeness, there is an EPM wrapper for Windows too: http://milki.erphesfurt.de/streamtuner2/epm/ (not tested this one though) But certainly NSIS is a better choice for that platform (but there is no EPM wrapper for NSIS that I am aware of).
