Yes it does complete when I use "raco setup". And the docs were proper.
The purely-functional-datastructures folder contains around 50 files(includes all the scribble files). This is the command I used raco planet create purely-functional-datastructures I have attached the info.rkt... If you want I can give you access to the whole folder. Let me know.
