Hi everyone: Im trying to run a medusa analysis on a sample of 1000 trees from
the posterior distribution of a BEAST analysis. the thing is that the analysis
starts fine but as soon as it reach the 50th tree it stops and shows the
following error:
"Error in op[aff[1], ] : subscript out of bounds"
Medusa is running under default conditions and the names between the richness
file and the sample were checked
Any help would be appreciated
